At Bishop Fleming, we can undertake a full review and discuss the pros and cons with you.

As one of the top three providers of accountancy services to academies in England we have dealt with almost all the issues you will come across and have the experience and know-how to deal quickly and effectively with new issues.
Bishop Fleming’s academy group advises over 350 single unit and multi-academy trusts.
The Group was established to ensure that all these important clients are serviced effectively and that resources allocated to the Group are co-ordinated efficiently. Our concentrated strength and the investment in this Group by the partners, reflects our commitment to this sector where there are regularly changing regulations which demand specialist knowledge and a pro-active approach.
Our clients therefore benefit by receiving advice from experienced, well-qualified and genuinely well-informed specialists.
The partners in charge of the Academy Group are at the forefront of the sector. They regularly convey their academy sector expertise through presenting at seminars for the ICAEW, other training organisations and with the Education Funding Agency (EFA). They are well networked and each partner advises at least 20 academies.
Our Academy Group team members are kept up to date technically with regular newsletters, briefings, courses and seminars. Meetings are also held where Group members from all our offices attend and share experiences on many academy sector issues.
Our team has grown to become one of the largest in the country with 8 academy partners supported by over 80 specialist academy staff. Every member of the academy team spends 25% – 50% of their time working with academy clients but also work with other charity and education clients and business organisations. This ensures that they provide advice that is technically excellent and commercially astute.
We are passionate about the academy sector. It is ever changing and no two issues are the same, but you can draw parallels as your experience continues to grow. We are constantly advising our clients through sector changes and how these impact on them.
